What flavors do you offer?

We currently offer two signature sauces inspired by the traditional pickling process:

Pickle Hot Sauce: A savory, spicy, vinegar-based sauce with a medium heat profile.

Dill Pickle Sauce: A vibrant, fresh, non-spicy profile designed to elevate any meal.

  • Both are handcrafted in small batches to ensure a unique, high-quality flavor.

How spicy is your hot sauce?

Our Pickle Hot Sauce delivers a comfortable medium heat. Unlike many leading brands, we focus on a "flavor-first" heat that complements your food rather than dominating your palate.

What ingredients do you use?

We believe in raw, all-natural ingredients. We never use artificial flavors or preservatives, and—unlike other brands—nothing is ever cooked or heated during our sauce-building process. This preserves the fresh, bright profile of the ingredients.

Are your sauces Vegan and Gluten-Free?

  • Vegan: Yes! All our sauces are 100% vegan.

  • Gluten-Free: Our sauces are made with gluten-free ingredients. However, they are produced in a shared facility. While the facility is thoroughly sanitized between runs, those with Celiac disease or severe sensitivities should exercise caution.

What foods pair well with your sauces?

  • Pickle Hot Sauce: Sushi, stir-fry, ramen, fried chicken, eggs, tacos, and oysters. It honestly goes on pretty much everything!

  • Dill Pickle Sauce: Fish tacos, grilled shrimp, avocado toast, deviled eggs, sandwiches, and even popcorn.1

 

 

📦Shipping & Orders

How fast do you ship?

We typically process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Most customers receive their delivery within 5–7 business days.

Do you ship nationwide or internationally?

We currently ship everywhere in the U.S. We do not offer international shipping just yet, but we hope to soon!

Where can I find your sauce in person?

We are carried in specialty shops and restaurants across various foodie destinations. Check out our Pickle Map to find a local retailer near you.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes! We prioritize sustainability by reusing and recycling packaging materials (cardboard, packing peanuts, and paper) to ensure your bottles arrive safely while reducing waste.

 


⌛ Shelf Life & Storage

How long will my sauce last?

Our sauces are shelf-stable for 18 months unopened. You can find a "Best By" sticker (MM/YY) on the bottom of every bottle.

Do I need to refrigerate the sauce?

While our sauces are shelf-stable, we recommend refrigerating after opening to maintain the best flavor and extend the shelf life.

Sam’s Pickle House is owned and operated by our founder, Sam Addison. Since 2016, Sam and our passionate team have been testing and mixing original recipes in Austin, TX, to bring you the perfect pickle-inspired kick.

  • Gifts: We offer a Mix and Match Set and a Gift Set featuring both signature sauces. We can also collaborate on custom gift baskets!

  • Subscriptions: Coming Soon! We are planning a quarterly subscription (3 bottles every 3 months) which will include 15% off and free shipping. Contact us to get on the waitlist!
