"I was very pleasantly surprised with this hot sauce. The serrano peppers were a great choice for giving it a noticeable amount of heat without being overwhelming. I personally would have enjoyed a little more heat, but it's quite nice as-is. Dill isn't a flavor I usually associate with hot sauces, but I'm glad I gave it a chance. The garlic is definitely noticeable, but I think that the "spices" ingredient is carrying a lot of weight here because there's a nice complexity to the sauce and it's not overwhelmingly vinegary like I was somewhat expecting. I love finding a new product to enjoy from a small business!
The only slightly negative thing I'll note is that the bottle doesn't indicate whether this sauce needs to be refrigerated after opening. The ingredients list doesn't indicate any preservatives are used and it is fairly acidic, but I was refrigerating it just to be safe. I reached out to the seller and they confirmed that it doesn't require refrigeration."
"I am officially obsessed with this hot sauce. If you love pickles and can handle a mild heat, this is IT! I would say it is probably one of the best amazon finds I've made this year. After being a hot sauce lover for so many years, it is hard to find anything new that actually seems both different and appealing. This sauce caught me off guard though, with the unique but GENIUS combo of fresh, tangy pickle flavor and a kick of heat that doesn't overwhelm the taste buds nor the dish.
The versatility of this sauce is another thing. While it is not bad on eggs and tacos, I have found other uses for it really excel.
